CCECE 2023 will be held at Delta Hotels Regina, 1919 Saskatchewan Drive. The Delta Hotel features renovated rooms, and is connected to the Cornwall Shopping Centre and across the street from Casino Regina. The venue is within walking distance from other downtown hotels such Ramada Plaza and the Hotel Saskatchewan.
A block of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees. The room rate per the contract is:

The CCECE 2023 Banquet and IEEE Region 7 Awards Gala will be held at The Terrace Rotunda. Bus transportation will be provided to and from the venue and Delta Hotels Regina.
The Terrace Rotunda is a three-storey open space surrounded by Tyndall Stone and aluminum accents and provides an abundance of natural light through the large floor to ceiling windows. The space features a large circular skylight with a twinkle light ceiling.
